Privacy notice
Updated 24 October 2026. This notice explains what happens to the details you give Roofer Kerry (rooferkerry.ie).
Who we are
Roofer Kerry is run by BizBoost Limited, a company registered in Ireland (CRO 817845), The Cottage, Clonswords, Ballyboughal, Co. Dublin, A41 W440. We are the controller of your personal data. Contact: productions@bizboost.ie.
What we collect
When you fill in the form: your name, phone number, area, the type of job and any details you add. When you ring or WhatsApp us: your number and what you tell us.
To see which pages are useful, we count page visits and taps on the call and WhatsApp buttons, with our own counter and Cloudflare Web Analytics. Neither uses cookies, and neither stores anything that identifies you.
Why, and on what legal basis
To put you in touch with a local roofer about your job, because you asked us to (your consent, which you give with the tick box, and steps you asked for before a contract). You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us.
Who we share it with
We pass your request to one independent roofer who works in your area, so they can contact you and quote for the job. They become responsible for your data when they use it to deal with you. We also use service providers to run this website and store requests (Cloudflare for hosting, n8n on our own server for handling the form, Notion for our records and Telegram for alerts). We never sell your details or use them for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep requests for up to 24 months, so we can deal with follow-up questions or complaints, and then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing productions@bizboost.ie. If you're not happy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission (www.dataprotection.ie).
